We are using jacoZoom version 1.5.1.8 along with izmcom.jar. As izmcom.jar is
provided as a separate file and is not the part of jacoZoom msi (version
1.5.1.8), is a separate licence required for it?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

No separate licence is required. To avoid the message box make sure that the izmjnicom.dll is loaded before any calls to izmcom.jar package. Regards, Hermann...
