A CMM Level 5 company at Hyderabad is looking for QA Lead -
Functional with the following Skill set-

Customer facing – Quality Assurance Lead – Functional (Positions - 3)

- 5 - 6 years of experience in SQA\testing

- Expertise either in commercial banking or consumer banking domain
is a must. Experience in the specific areas namely Accounting, Wire
transfers, Check services, loan services and credit card applications
is an added advantage

- Excellent skills to elicit the functional knowledge from the
stakeholders, conducting requirements gap analysis.

- Mentoring, coaching and enhancing the functional knowledge of the
QA teams on a continuous basis

- Good overview knowledge of web application architecture and web
technology

- Good knowledge of best practices and business processes that are
prevalent in the commercial banking industry

- Ability to present test plans to customers

- Excellent people interface skills

- Proficient in automated test tools and test automation
methodologies. Past experience in using Mercury Interactive products
(Test Director, Astra Quick Test) is preferable.

- Experience of managing test projects and leading the test process
improvement projects

- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Tech/M.B.A degree
from a reputed institute.
