A CMM Level 5 company at Hyderabad is looking for QA Lead - Delivery
with the following Skill set-

Quality Assurance lead – Delivery (4 Positions)



· 5 - 6 years of experience in SQA\testing

· Proficient in software QA processes, concepts & methodology

· Good overview knowledge of web application architecture and
web technology

· Good knowledge of best practices in software testing domain
that are prevalent in the industry

· Expertise in commercial banking domain. Experience in the
specific areas namely accounting, Wire transfers, Check services is
an added advantage

· Proficient in Team Assessments and Team Management Skills

· Allocates resources to various test projects

· Responsible for the work to be done within the stipulated
time frame, quality of work and adherence to the test methodology by
the team

· Sets up project priorities and allocates resources to
projects accordingly

· Sets up good team culture and strives for professional
relationship with development team

· Establishes good team communication structures and
procedures

· Motivates and encourages team members

· Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and
quality that are beyond scope of influence, to reporting manager

· Pay high attention to detail in all work

· Experience in managing the testing projects based on on-
site/off-shore model would be an advantage.

· Excellent people interface skills

· Proficient in automated test tools and test automation
methodologies. Past experience in using Mercury Interactive products
(Test Director, Astra Quick Test) is preferable.





Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Tech/M.B.A degree from
a reputed institute
