i am basically from bhopal , and run linux_gurus@yahoogroups.com , lug for
bhopal.

we are also having hard time promoting lug in bhopal, fortunately we always
had 1 or 2 guys to supporting us. anant shirvastav made a website
www.linuxgurus.info and with him tushar did a good job. inspired by them we
started a web desining competetion to desing first page for the site. you can
probably start something similar. i am coming to bhopal on 19th april and will
be coming to gotegaon(shri dham) that week. let me know if i can help you in
anyway. i will try to come to jabalpur.i can take a session on security.
