Hello All,
This might be my first mail in this group...don't ask me where I have
been till now..:)
Let me first introduce my self. My name is Neependra Khare and I did
my engineering from Khalsa engineering college,JBP in 2004. Currently
I am working with Red Hat in their Pune office.
I have always been in touch with Mr. Girish Shukla. He is great person.
He is the one who introduced me to the world of "Open Source" in my
college days.I will always be thankful to him.
From the previous threads I see members of the Jabalpur LUG are
putting their best efforts to revive the group.
I would like to thank Pushpendra and Ravi for this.
I would like to share my four years of industry experience with you
all, when I will be there.
I also did my engineering from Jabalpur few years back and I know the
student community out there.
Maximum of them even don't know why they are doing things, which they
are doing now.
We can not blame the students for this as they follow their
predecessors. Also the environment around them plays an important role.
Things are changing and students are becoming more and more aware but
the count of those students is very less.
I believe local LUG can accelerate this.
I also think that Fedora can be the platform on which we can count on.
http://fedoraproject.org/
It is built by people across the globe who work together as a
community and as being in Red Hat in know how much hard work goes
behind the scene.
I would like to invite you all for the LUG meet in Jabalpur on 17th
June. Please have look at following for more info:-

The venue is not decided yet as we need to make arrangements according
to the registered participants.
Make sure you register for the event.
Also let others know about the event so that we can get maximum out it.
I will be bringing some fedora goodies which we can distribute to the
participants.
Any comments and suggestions are welcome.
Cheers,
Neependra Khare
