Agenda for LUG meet

I believe you are right Prashant. If this group keeps meeting and
discussing/acting on whatever is discussed things would definitely
move. This would not happen in a day. Vikas I hope you get the cue we
are here to revive the group first and keep it moving. Thinking of
expansion in any aspect is practically a distant dream :) for this LUG
as of now.Every community member is a contributor in his own right. We
need to keep it in mind and keep the spirit up to see everybody is
equally involved and contributing to it.

I would suggest the following as some of the actionable items to be
discussed in this meet besides the Fedora presentations -

1.Frequency and venue of the LUG meet. Date time and place for the
next meet.
2.Identify key members who could be assigned the day to day tasks on
voluntary basis for the LUG or on rotation basis or whatever is feasible.
3. Discuss if any monetary efforts required for the LUG and come out
with the desirables for all to contribute.
4. Discuss the future course of LUG in terms of short term and medium
term objectives.
5. Clear guidelines for all posts, discussions on the mailing list etc
to reaffirm to all upcoming members of this group.
6. Discuss if separate hosting space for LUG is required to put all
its guidelines etc. etc.

The above points may seem simple on paper but require time and effort
of all concerned.

Best Regards
Ravi Shanker
