Re: [jcr-crx] Re: intallation problem

Hi Jukka, Greg,

thanks for the help. Well, after downloading the jar twice, I really thought that I could do it without computing the digest... so, just for the bandwidth of it, I downloaded it a third time today, and for some magic reason, it works...
Could not compare the MD5, because frankly, I have my problems in finding a md5sum.txt at http://www.day.com/content/day/en/products/crx/download/registration.html ... But SHA1 looks very good now: 2327c278279733087de 4844477d24b8b599 ce2f3 .

Thanks for the help,
Juerg

Yep, that's the way to make sure you're using the right binary:

- download from official day site [1]
- get md5 sum of the jar from here [2]

then put the md5sum.txt file next to the crx-1.4.2.20090324- developer. jar file and execute (on Unix/Linux)

$ md5sum -c md5sum.txt

Getting:

crx-1.4.2.20090324- developer. jar: OK

indicates uncorrupted file.

Let us know how it went.
