Thank you for the quick response. Now I see where I was going wrong.
I had another look and there are other packages that are being
analyzed that have dependencies with my bridges.cma.util package.
These other packages were not part of my my constraint and this
appears to be why the dependency match was failing.

I am going to give it another go here. Once again thank you for your
help.
