Thanks for catching this. It's been misleading for a couple years now
and nobody has seemed to have caught it. Or maybe they did but didn't
want to let me know. :-)
It now reads:
"The ratio of efferent coupling (Ce) to total coupling
(Ce + Ca) such that I = Ce / (Ce + Ca)."
