Thanks Mark, I was thinking along the same lines that it may have to do with an older version of jdepend since I hadnt upgraded for a long time.

Hi Bharat,

That's an artifact of an older version of JDepend, back in the day when
you could analyze source files.  Modern versions only analyze class
files for better accuracy.

I have been using the JDepend cent as part of Centipede for builds. It is working fine for all projects, until recently it has started giving me this exception...
