The Jena team is pleased to announce Jena 2.3.

This release integrates ARQ, providing SPARQL support, and includes
performance improvements for queries and for parsing RDF/XML.

SPARQL is an RDF query language developed within W3C. ARQ is a complete
implementation of the SPARQL query language and passes all the working
group tests.

The query subsystem, used by SPARQL, has been subtantially speeded up
for in-memory graphs.=20

The RDF parser ARP is now up to four times faster.
