Normally the answer would be "yes" but (as of today!) the version of ARQ
(arq.jar) in SDB is later than ARQ 2.1 because I'm sorting out the dataset
assemblers and I put some of the utility code in ARQ as the correct place for
it to go.
This version ARQ has also got the Lucene 2.2.0 fixes in it.
It is better to use whatever version of Jena/ARQ is in SDB SVN - it will the
same as or later than a current release of ARQ ebcause I regularly flush the
changes, rather than let projects get out of step.

Yes. The arq*.jar and jena*.jar in ARQ 2.1 and Jena 2.5.4 are the same. The
exact timestamps will be different but to build the combined release I went
round the ARQ/Jena build cycles until equilibrium was reached and then did the
release builds. Run "arq.sparql --version" to get version numbers.
