Hello all,
 
When reading PDF formatted files, I often receive a message that it is an empty document when it is not.  Is there a setting or am I forgetting something here?  The information is on the screen but I only hear it saying Alert, empty document.
 
Please advise,

This is probably a file based on an image that has no actual text in it, only a picture of the text. Only way to read these is to send them through an OCR...
