Sorry for forgetting to include all of the instructions.  What she must do after tabbing into the "Send Tab" she first arrows down the first 4 or 5 steps then must use the tab key for the following icons.  When she arrives on any "Settings" she must press enter then tab down the list and start checking the items she wishes to check for the type of e-mails she usually sends, be it, HTML or Plain text settings after which she then tabs to "OK" to go back to the list.  After she has checked all what she needs to check she then tabs down to "OK" which will then put her back on to her message list.  I hope this information will be helpful.  She doesn't need to be afraid to investigate all of the other tabs in the Options manu just to get a feel of all of the things she can do with her e-mails.

Hello Vivian, Please have your friend to check his/her settings under the
"Tools" Menu and click on "Options" and then press the "Shift and Tab" keys
to go to the headings then arrow over to the " Send" heading and check the
settings on the the "HTML"Settings... then tab down the list in that list.

I know there is something that has to be changed, but for the life of me I
