Hi
In Outlook 2010, press control+shift+b (Baker) to go to the address book. When you’re in the Search Edit field of the address book, press shift+tab which will take you to a couple of radio buttons of more columns and name only. Make sure that name only is checked. When more columns is checked, no entries appear until you do a search. I’m not sure why some of your messages are not reading completely. But a general recommendation is to turn off the reading pane. To turn it off, when you’re in the inbox or any other message folder, press alt=v (victor) to open the view tab on the ribbon. If you use the JAWS virtual ribbon, press down arrow until you reach Layout. Press the right arrow to open the sub-menu and then arrow down to reading pane. Press space bar to open the reading pane options. Arrow down to where it says off and press enter. If you don’t use the JAWS virtual ribbon, press the tab key repeatedly until you get to the reading pane choice and press space to open it. Then choose off and press enter. With the reading pane off, you have to press enter for each message to open and read it. While in the layout section of the view ribbon, I also turn off the navigation pane and the to-do bar.
