on voltage potential at 110v a/c and after rectified down into dc ... both these
will read from the cell on a multimeter...
cold water works best .. any additives in the water will break this potential,
you can still make gas with a neon in line (on my solid state unit), after
tweeking the phase output i could lower the water level and the voltage would
climb up again .. for example with tap water .. i could smell a little chlorine
coming from the cell and the voltage wasnt as high (also the cell wasnt as
active)
my residue voltage is holding at 5volts without power ..
