Look i have a life that can be classed as bloody amazing being a person that has
seen and played with this to a successful outcome I don't know the science that
really explains it satisfactorily I only studied for two years trying to do
Engineering and learn the Jargon so I'm a failure as an engineer but have built
some new inventions this one as well
Following the steps we did

I can view a cell via photograph and look at gas production size of bubbles
clarity and can make recomendations it still not an exact science neither is it
witchcraft Satements of fact are it works
look at the BNE website showing the diahatsu running I've had the pleasure of
being driven by Joe in the Escort and have the Leyland V8 motor stripped down
somewhere that was running seen many others cell in vehicles throughout
the country running I've given of my time for free so where and what else can
we do
Joe hasn't got Money and I've spent more than enough
Whats needed is Money from a collective research foundation it would be nice or
even a Government Grant but the Paper work trail is brilliant and even when we
involved the Heavies from the dept.of defence in Melbourne showing them
everything letting them Film with the promise of a copy of the Tape Bloody
bullshit nothing happened except later
Joe was harressed
It didn't happen to me and don't wish for it to happen now
all One individual can do is state the facts as they see it do a days work and
be a member of society or this group
Outcome maybe to clean up the petrol chemical pollution for our childrens

I just happen to agree with him as their are twentysix elemnts and gases before
Hydrogen so how come he could see and we can't find them yet we could be using
them is where I'm at somewhere before Hydrogen also he states

electric discharge , also expansion cools cold contracts

Aren't you just about bursting with what you are seeing here? If
you've been into cellery for more than even a few weeks on this
group then the overview you have picked up reads something like this.

There was this guy called Joe and he did a crazy thing, he tried to
make a combustion engine run on steam, even crazier, he tried to do
it by putting charge accoss some water, and crazier still - it
worked!

Joe was hassled by all and sundry as to how he did it and in the end
he just stopped talking.

At some point in all this a guy called Alex Schiffer gets wind of
what is going on and after perhaps a short period of some level of
cooperation Alex was left on his own. Alex being a determined bugger
decides he is going to reproduce Joe's achievment whatever it takes
and after years, and years and YEARS! of painstaking effort, he does
it. It changes his life forever.

He realises immendiately that this is too important to be witheld
from the world and writes a manual. That manual has been the guiding
light in this group since its inception.

Over the years of the group gathers a lot more information about
refining cell production and operation and there are a few
replications.

But here is the biggy. The cells are not relaible. A perfectly built
cell sometimes will not even start. Sometimes it will start and then
fail. Sometimes it will start and work for a decent lenght of time
and then, for no known reason at all - it will fail. Problem.

Then the grind set in. What was needed was an understanding of the
way the cell works. If this understanding was good enough then it
might be possible to stabilise the cell. So the obvious thing is to
turn back to Joe.

There are these transcripts where Joe explains the cell - perhaps
these will deliver the all important breakthrough. But they don't.
There is a language problem. Joe appears to know what he is saying
but nobody can understand it. The reasons are that Joe speaks in a
non-linear way and this is made all the harder because he takes
terms we know like "postive" and then, by the way he uses them, it
is clear he means somethng different than the definitions we learned
at school. Hard going, but he just about closes the loop becuase he
doesn't go on to define any of them. We're stuck, it's like this
lattice of related ideas that you cannot break into.

OK, this persists for years. It gets to the point where the group
takes it that they will need divine intervention or something like
it to make the breakthrough to stable cells.

Then along comes this guy Peter. Not only did he know Joe at the
begining, he still bloody well does!

Large numbers in the group sense the are at some kind of turning
point. But they are a bit confused. According to Peter Joe is happy
to talk cellery, no problem - the secrecy is all imagined. That
contradicts what we think we know. But, on the ther hand it is
pretty obvious that some human ugliness *did* creep in, almost from
the start. In a different version of events than the one I relate in
above Peter explains that the cell's invention was a *cooperative*
effort - it was *not* Joe alone - he, Peter, was part of it! And he
tells about how some nastiness crept in. Joe ups and hides the cell
from Peter in case his Peter steals it! Peter wants an apology from
Joe and four years later he gets one. So on the one hand Peter says
Joe is ready to help anyone and on the othr he tells a story where
Joe turned on one of his mates. It doesn't stack.

Anyway, Peter sticks up a few posts on the group and what we see is
Alex pretty well take off. He asks Peter, is he going to put an end
to all the secret stuff we reckon we've seen? Is he going to play it
straight? Coz you can tell Alex has just about had a gut-full of all
the games.

So, Peter, who seems pretty well unaware of all this says, "yeah,
sure, why not?".

A-bloody-mazing!

I really doubted I would see this day.

So Peter, here's the thing. Do you know how Joe stabilised the cell?
Can you lay out a theory, even a partial one that will let us see
where the cell as we work to it n this group needs improvement and
allow us to make what this group calls a "stage 4 cell". Coz if you
can you have the whole group just waiting with their tongues out. If
you should happen to say you need a coil between the cell and the
engine and here's how and why..." you are going to please our friend
Kosol in a big way.

So, Alex and Peter, play on guys. The active members of this group
are watching and reading like they've never done before.

For my part I am off to get a bungy cord to tie round my head!
