Since I'd posted the car cell vids, I thought that I'd follow up with one of
the chargeing cell:

It never produces the stage 3 foam, but the water charged in it will cause
other cells to do so. I think the reason it doesn't is because the cylinders
were overly sanded.

The Wal-mart glass cookie jar that it's in is handy since it holds almost a
full gallon of water - enough to fill all but the biggest car cells, and
it's opening is almost 4.5 inches.
