It's an Alex Schiffer / NUTECH design cell with the pressed in center bolt.
It shows the fine foam that Moishe was talking about. It has a lot of brown
scum, but that's because I didn't skim it off the surface the night before,
because I wanted to see if the bubbles would last. There were still a couple
large bubbles and some foam left after 8 hours without power. The current
during this video was less then 1 amp - about .8, which seems to create very
fine bubbles.
