Let's make sure you did these steps:

1) Open IR and load your file
2) Delete the VCR/DVD/0618 upgrade from the Devices tab
3) Copy the upgrade code from KM
4) Paste into IR as a new device
5) Re-upload to the remote

If you did all that, are you seeing these on the Key Moves tab in IR?
