Nooper, a new, free convenient mobile service for the foreign
community in Japan

Tokyo based and privately held company just launched "Nooper", a new
bilingual service for Japanese and English speaking mobile phone users.

Nooper is your automatic email buddy and enhances your mobile lifestyle
through a variety of content and functionality (so called Noopies).

Nooper can be found at the address http://nooper.com and is available
for i-mode, J-Sky and EZweb users. Nooper is free of charge, but the
usual transmission costs apply and are charged by the specific carrier.

By registering with Nooper, you are able to choose from a variety of
different Noopies. Some examples are given below:

* Pollen Alert Noopie: Warns you if the pollen level in your area
exceeds a specific level.
