ICA November Event
PRESENTER:
Stefan Hanna, Director of Services, Nippon Ericsson
TOPIC:
Development and implementation of new business services for
mobile telephones
===============================
OVERVIEW
Our presenter, Stefan Hanna, will talk about how mobile users will
receive an increased number of services that meet their needs and
expectations and how service providers and vendors can create
revenue by supplying these services. Stefan will stress the fact
that even if companies have the infrastructure and access to
terminals, they still need to have clear business models to develop
the opportunities. A basic part of these business models is that
the corporates need to assess the cost to use mobile solutions.
To assist businesses, mobile operators have to establish easy
to understand platforms.
Mr. Hanna joined Ericsson Telecommunications in 1998 where he held
various positions in the business with the focus on Marketing, Sales
and Business Consulting. Prior to joining Ericsson Telecommunication,
he held leading business positions in IBM, Industri-Matematik
and Enator. Stefan Hanna holds a Bachelor degree in Business
Administration from Uppsala University, Sweden, and took part in
extensive management programs at Insead and Handelshogskolan.
Nippon Ericsson K.K.is a Japanese subsidiary of Ericsson with a
history of more than 125-years.
