Speaker Event - February 24th 2004
ACHIEVE ORGANIZATION MASTERY AND HIGH PROJECT ROI
Michael Mobley, CEO, International Operations, Integrated Project Systems
(IPS)
Projects are investments, and project benefits management (PBM) is rapidly
becoming a critical component of organizational maturity that ensures
project payback by using specific methodologies before, during, and after
projects. Using PBM, managers can successfully produce project deliverables
that provide the business value that leads to return on investment,
increased stockholder value, and competitive time-to-market.
Michael Mobley consults with senior managers on mastering project management
as it applies to offices, organizational culture, and capability roadmaps. A
well-known and popular international speaker, Mobley provides a special
focus on bridging the gap between strategic planning and tactical
implementation. He has delivered key presentations to hundreds of CIOs from
across the Asia-Pacific region, chaired two international programs, and
published professional articles and how-to PM guides. His leadership skills
place him in constant demand by senior executives worldwide.
Audience
Executives, CIOs, Project and Program Managers, who are responsible
execution and delivery of project/program in IT.
