by 12 members of DigitalEve Japan. All are welcome to join, including
ALL members of DEJ. We hope the list will help women grow as much as
they want to grow.

This group is a free, democratic, online-based computer and networking
group
for women across Japan from Hokkaido to Okinawa. Our goals are to
promote
the success of women in computing and IT, to help with ideas about
using IT
in business and networking, to motivate, educate, empower
and foster the personal and professional growth of each member through
mutual support. We hope this
list might help you improve your business skills too.

This group is a place where you can feel free to ask about ANY
computer
related problem no matter how trivial. Active participation and
helping each
other is encouraged. Participants are free to organise or participate
in any
online events organised through this list, as well as form off-line or
local
events in their area. Men who want to support women in Japan in
becoming
more successful in IT are welcome too. Snobs, spammers or people who
want to
discourage women from achieving their highest potential aren't
welcome.
Languages used: English or Japanese.

Women CAN do I.T. in Japan and beyond, and YOU CAN too! But it is UP
TO YOU
to make it happen, and to make the best use of the list. The higher
you
aim, the higher you will get. Higher than Bill Gates? Why not! Women
