"Situational Leadership" - Chris Anderson and Mieko Kobayashi
Advanced Management Training Group, K.K. - http://www.amt-group.com

Situational Leadership can help anyone who wants to develop the
competence and commitment of the people they manage, lead or guide.
Situational Leadership is an effective tool for growing a successful business
through effective people management.

The presentation by Chris and Mieko will help managers and leaders learn
to identify what their staff need in order to develop competence and
commitment, how to flex their leadership style to those needs, and how to
partner for performance with their staff to ensure continued growth and
development.

They will provide tips on how to diagnose what people need in order to
develop their skills and commitment, how to make sure leaders adopt
appropriate behaviors to meet those needs and how to put it into practice
