customers to manage and share all of their sales, support, marketing and partner
information on-demand. Our presenter, Naotaka Nakase is the Vice President of
Marketing for salesforce.com in Japan. His presentation will cover how new
technologies will shape the future of how software is utilized by enterprises
and end users, and the fundamental issue of why can't business applications be
used as easily as using the Consumer Web? Other topics to be touched upon in
this presentation include Web 2.0, AJAX, Folksonomy, Mash-ups, Blogs, Open
Source, Participation, Web service API.

The ICA is recruiting "big brother" or "big sister" volunteers for our annual
program for youth. We are looking for volunteers to act as a role model for
junior or senior high school students by taking the student(s) into your place
of work and showing the student(s) what you do to make a living. The students
come from a children's home in Kisarazu, Chiba and don't have strong parental
role models to look up to.

This year's event will be on Friday 25th August.
