Hi,
I believe I've fixed this now in the CVS. Problem was
a change to the Xerces API.
Modified: MathMLDocumentImpl class,
added new Xerces createElementNS(String,String,String)
method.
Also, don't forget the xmlns declaration:
<math xmlns="
http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML">
