I'm using JBuilder4 professional. Help -> About -> Info tells me:
java.vm.Info | mixed mode
java.vm.Name | Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
java.vm.vendor | Sun Microsystems Inc.
java.vm.version | 1.3.0-C
java.class.version | 47.0
I have the same problem with the
"class file has wrong version 47.0".
I also loaded the jdk 1.3.1_01 today and set JBuilder to use it,
doesn't help (I'm pretty sure I managed to make JBuilder to use this
newly loaded version, since I removed JBuilder's own java and jawac).
GraphDemo compiles nicely on command line.
What are the main differences between the version for JDK 1.1.8 and
for the JDK 1.3? How big differences there are in execution speed? Is
there something relevant missing from the v.1.1.8? I'll use that if
it works better.
