Thanks Mark for the info. I started, actually just finished, reading
the PDF document on JSOSA. Looks pretty simple; at least when you
already know JavaScript. That's my main reason for considering it over
AppleScript. I would avoid having to learn a language... just need to
know the new component specific syntax and such.

Ah so it isn't support... uhm I thought that was part of JS 1.5. Maybe
not now that I think about it... it's part of Netscape LiveConnect feature
right? Need new plan now.

I guess if I'd like to use Java I would have to program one that is
AppleScritable right? I've seen something about that; MacJava or something?
