Why not just set up an Applescript (or JS :) to log in to
YahooGroups, pull the pending user list, and pop it in an email? If
anyone here is good with LWP, this might even be able to be done
automatically in Perl (I'm not sure how whether YahooGroups can be
scripted with that), then stuck in a UNIX cron job..
