OK, I did it, I mean I broke it in the first place.

1) I wasn't using the ip address/port correctly
2) an the biggie: I hadn't started the JsUnit server on the remote box.

The documentation is a bit thin (for people not familiar with ANT
etc.); the learning curve a bit steep.

Anyway...one day.
