This group discusses the use of kanban systems for improved service delivery IT Operations and Dev Ops teams and the use of the Kanban Method for catalyzing incremental evolutionary improvement in processes using kanban systems.

The Kanban Method was defined by David J. Anderson in his book, Kanban - Successful Evolutionary Change for your Technology Business.

This group will specifically explore the adaptation of Anderson's ideas to the field of IT Operations and DevOps. What are the challenges? How do implementations differ from software and product development?
