RF is an energy signal created via a simple spark of a switch of 2
wires touching eachother, the good old relay "morse code", every
electronic device in the world uses electricity to send energy
signal/current/voltage through every circuit, used for communications
controlled by the FCC etc when possible under regulations, where they
limit it's usage because it can be used in ways that can effect life
on the planet but also due to the fact it's signaling properties are
used in wireless communications for everyone and everything. Ever
plug in your speakers and there's a short and you could pickup a
radio station? Ever turned on an AM radio and created a simple relay
circuit to spark morse code signals for fun? Ever hear that scratchy
sound when plugging in your speakers and the volume is turned up too
high? Radiated radiation frequency or electrical current or energy
frequency is really what it should be called, but the point is the
energy via AC is highly magnetic, so it sends a magnetic radiated
radiation based frequency. It's more common uses other than for
providing power/signal to electronics is same thing that's in your
microwave and used for radar and satelites. Becareful though with
experiments of this kind, the human brain and animals as well as
cells themselves operate between a specific electrical range and are
stimulated by electrical radiation, all electronics emit certain
amounts of radiation because electricity generates electrical heat,
in other words it's the energy itself that is radiated, there is no
such thing as a non-radiated electrical circuit because electricity
itself is it. The higher the energy the higher the heat the higher
the radiation. This is how we fry hotdogs in a microwave. It is
possible to create an electrical environment and light up certain
electrically sensitive gases, such as that which runs in lightbulbs
and especially flourescent bar lights, the lighter than air
environment becomes charged. If you think of a lightning strike on
ground, Negative ground to positive up stronger electrical force of a
charged environment with thermal air change makes area become
conductive to electricity, which makes more likely lightning to
strike and electrical interference comes from the environment being
flooded the this type of energy, the static is actually the
environment's natural electrical charge. Negative ground the
lightning will start from the ground and go up, not up then down, so
it's strongest yet weakest point will be on the ground, heat rises
and the thermal radiated temp and air's gas with plasma conductivity
particles ignites brightly in the form of visible light which becomes
highly heated from the energy burst/release of the grounded circuit.
The compression of particles causes the thunder soundwaves that break
the barrier due to the speed of light weakening aka slowing down, the
light is basically turned off and what we hear is the weakening of
the lightwave's energy after it is turned off and the particles have
been compressed and released, if the lightning stayed on without any
variations it would probably give off a very unbarable and loud
constant sound with no end. If RF is performed on lab rats a certain
way would probably make them go dumb until there brains no longer
could function, the brain not being able to control normal bodily
functions would then break down until the animal passes away from
organ function shutdown. Hence another reason FCC regulates the band
of frequencies people should use to certain bands for everything, but
also why devices as supposed to be able to accept a certain amount of
radio interference, well, aside from the fact if everything was EMI
shielded from the outside in chances of knocking something out in the
future via EMP would not be as easy. You can filter electronic
radiation output or limit the amount of outgoing radiation by
downsizing electronics and power output/consumption requirements, and
add shielding, but you can't get rid of it because it's how
electronics work and is required for any electrical circuit to
operate, without it there's no power, and without power there's no
signal, and without energy/power/signal, electronics wouldn't be
anything at all. For example, take the battery out of a car, start
it, won't start without battery in it, why? Because it relies on the
battery to supply power and store power that is sent and consumed to
electronic circuits in the vehicle that require energy to operate.

When a UV laser is used plasma particles come together to make a
highly conductive physical circuit or a form of wiring, when
electricity is applied there is kinetic force created. When using
plasma with high voltage and thin physical wiring that's lighter than
air but can create weightful concentrated force, the thinner wiring
the much stronger the ion's are as they are somehow compressed
tighter along the the thinner metal, this creates much greater force
in terms of what is called Ion/Solar Wind. This can be thought of
like turning on a bright flashlight in a dusty room and you see dust
particles flying in front of the light. Turn fan on and dust
scatters. Plasma is something people have questioned for a longtime,
where it comes from and really what is it, etc.. But when people
bring up questions related to the study of finding dark matter, it
often seems Plasma fits the description. In searching for a substance
which can be conductive and transfer energy or create motion anywhere
at anytime to move things, Plasma seems to make things happen.

Some conductive things which can also store and release energy as a
battery or capacitor, Liquid/Water, Metal, conductive chemicals that
form an electrolyte and enable reactions when current is applied
sometimes in parralel with things like liquid, powders, and metals
with electricity combines.
