I could not get what kind of overlaps did you found in my resume???
And yes till yet it has been short exp. in Compiere, I will definetly put some more time it before switching to SAP. I have few doubts and I think you are the right person to guide me. Please answer my following queries:
1. What kind of technical knowldge should I gain to make my long-term career in SAP? Should I learn ABAP side by side or some others areas are also there which I should consider? Currently I am learning minor customization in Compiere (Java based). And as such I dont have any technical knowledge of any language or database.
2. Should I study databases also? We use Oracle 10g database in Compiere?
3. I have also started working on Sugar CRM. Will it be beneficial
for me in building my career in SAP or mySAP CRM???
4. Is Compiere the right platform to gain functional expertise in ERP / CRM?
5. What is the scope of "Higher Education Domain" in future in India as we are developing compiere for Colleges and Universities? Will this domain expertise help me in making shift to SAP or does it have very limited scope in India? Should I develop expertise in some other domain?

In my opinion, kindly get atleast on more
year's experience with Compiere before thinking of switching to SAP. Also, in case you are good in technology, try to build a base in SAP Technical skills.
I also saw that you have good projects and functional knowledge. While working with Compiere, have you looked at researching some of the good CRM solutions out there ? Maybe that could be a better option than SAP SD ?
Currently, Kaytek does not provide SAP Training.
