Does anyone know a person/company that has evening/weekend support hours for desktop issues?

I have a friend with a couple liquor stores in the area that is looking for hardware support on an as-needed basis, but needs to be available during store hours.

They have support for the POS system, it’s just the potential hardware issues they’re concerned about covering.
