I forgot about that product. It’s good stuff. In order to do
the per user reporting, you have to purchase a subscription… but now that I
think about it, you could probably hack together a monitor if you set a static
IP on the box for the one person you want to monitor.

Untangle.com – fairly easy to set up, requires two NIC’s minimum, can log
without filtering and report daily/weekly or live. I use several of these boxes
for different purposes.
Not a MS solution, but it works
frightfully good for most applications.
