Icq uses qt 2+ (i compiled it with --enable-kde switch) and it created a kde-gui (kde3.1+qt3.1.1) plugin (at least it says so, and put a icon in traybar :)...

by QT2+ i mean QT2 and higher... i have qt3.1.1 and it works fine with that the --reverse doesn't work it says licq: invalid option -- r licq: invalid option...
