Subject: Announcement of TSE 2009 and Opening of AAAS

Amateur Astronomers Association of Surat (AAAS) is
announcing to celebrate the biggest event of this decade, namely "Live Workshop
on Total Solar Eclipse 2009" on 21-22 July 2009 at Aatmiya Vidhya Mandir School,
Kamrej, Surat.

We would like to clear that AAAS is the first astronomy
related association in Surat which is founded by Shri Dhabanjay Rawal, Nikunj
Rawal, Charitarth Vyas, Jagdish Thadani and Fenil Patadiya in the International
Year of Astronomy 2009.

The TSE workshop will be of two days. The first day 21st
July will be the introduction to TSE 2009 by well-known Amateur and Professional
Astronomers. It will also include various interesting activities on TSE which
will be conducted by above resource persons and other participants, There will
be Night Sky Observation on that night by Telescopes and Binoculars.

The next morning on 22nd July, there will be Final
Event- The Total Solar Eclipse. After that there will be data collections and
feedabck process.

The interested persons are most welcome in this event.
Please register your name soon. Those who are from Surat are requested to
collect/submit the forms to above resource persons and The persons outside
Surat/Gujarat will have to submit the form on-line.
