Hello Everybody,

I am from Mumbai and planning to take my family members, about 15 people, to
Surat to see the TSE 2009. Since the totality starts at 3 degrees we need to
select a place which is really flat and the horizon is visible on east. Can
anyboby advice me regarding such a place near Surat? If not which is the next
best place closer to Surat? I would like to know whether any surveys/pre-visits
have been done for places from which you will be able to see the Sun at 3
degrees in Maharashtra.
