Hi, I am a upper division undergraduate student of Mathematics at
California State University, Long Beach, with a strong interest in
the history of mathematics. I read the Klein book and wrote a paper
on it for a course in the early history of mathematics, and honestly
I did not understand much of it. Having no background in philosophy
really hurt me, since I never got any grip on the concept of "eidos."
Obviously what I need to do is read this entire list before I ask any
questions, plus go back to the book.
Just tripped over this list while looking for a group on representing
polytonic Greek on the internet, a constant frustration. I am
minoring in Classics and do an enormous website on the Genealogy of
Greek Mythology for one of the Classics professors.

I am also a weaver with a strong interest in the history of weaving.
These three interests really do go together quite nicely.
Glad to find this list, am certain to learn a great deal from it.
