I was very greatful to hear from so many nice people this past week. Knowing
that I am not alone with klinfelters is a lot of comfort. Someone asked how , I
found out about the klinfelters and I found out by having genetic testing done,
since all other tests were negative. Although the test is expensive even with
insurance and by the way most insurance companies will not pay for this, it is
worth knowing why things happen different in your body then another person. I
believe we are all normal we are just created differently and that we all have a
purpose on earth or we would not be here at all.

I have been greatful for this website even though I have received junk mail that
someone is hacking into the system about getting degrees and other stuff which I
do not like. I would like to hear from each of you and here is my e-mail if you
just want to talk and have someone listen. llpete@... . If you are going to
send me junk mail save your time and energy.

What I like about me is that I have just enough female in me to somewhat
understand females. I cry alot and tears are good for you. The old saying that
men do not cry is for the birds. In my job I would rather work with all females
because I get along with them better. I think that being just enough female
helps in a relationship or marriage too. I just recently read that men with
klinfelters have a above inteligents which is not what they orginally thought.
So you may be a little slow learning but your brain is always working and you
will get the job done and you will learn. The positive thing about learning
about that you have this at a young age is that you learn what can be expected
of you and the parents know what to expect. I did not learn that I had
Klinfelters until several years ago and they did not genetic testing when I was
a kid, so my parents pushed me all the time and could not understand why I could
not learn as fast as the other kids. My dad wanted me to be a lawyer like him,
but I wanted to be a police officer and that is what I have been doing for the
past 20 years, but quite the same as a police officer as I am a correctional
Officer in a Work Release facility in Indiana. But I am very happy doing what I
do. Kids have to grow up with their dreams and let them decide what they want
to be. Its there life and not the parent's.
