Companies, business, economies and civil society run on tangibles (few) and
intangibles (many). It is highly problematic that until these intangible
assets are visualized and made negotiable, they often do not matter.
KM is the business discipline concerned with intangibles. Always was, always
will be.
Today, there are three main visual archetypes for the enterprise :
1. Org chart
2. Spreadsheet
3. Process diagram
All these deal with tangibles.
