Dear Boarders,

I would like to know:

1. In what all ways KM is connected to the training function.
2. Will it be possible for someone heading a trainng and development
function to have the KM portfolio also ? In this case the trianing
function is IT intensive, delivering Knowledge initiatives through
the web; is this already not a part of the KM domain?

Ill be grateful for any input on this.
