JD,
We'll be creating an I.T. site with mostly troubleshooting documents.
Since this is a healthcare organization with lots of nontechnical
nurses, we will be using a lot of guided search, "wizerds" and other
features to make it as "idiot-proof" as possible. However, we'd like to
do it without making extensive use of hard-to-maintain decision trees.
The site will be employee-facing.
