Only the first 10 files are numbered, then you can use shortcut keys 1
to 0, and select the others using mouse or keys.

No

It depends on whether you click on a marked block of text or outside
text mark.
Popup menu is reconfigurable by editing the file menu.k, function
"buildPopupMenu".
I will look into shift-F10

The recommended way of editing the toolbar is by editing the file
toolbar.k. The toolbar cannot be removed entierly, but it would be
possible to accomplish.

You can open two "Main Windows" and for instance open two identical
files in each and have different views of them. I don't support MDI. (now)

Edit kon.syn. Note that Kon has regular expressions syntax highlighting
which I don't think is very common.
