All Have:
-Verbal Speech - The ability to speak vocally

Most Have:
-Heal Self OR Heal Others - The ability to heal up to moderate wounds
on ones own body or on another's body.
-Teleportation - The ability to leap instantly from one place to another.
-Telepathy - The ability to speak mind to mind.

Few Have:
-Speed - The ability to move more quickly than meets the eye.
-Light Magic - The ability to create and control orbs of light.
-Shapeshift - The ability to change size and shape within a limited
spectrum -- size shifting and becoming a bipedal version of ones
draconic self are examples.
-Multiple Lives - The ability to come back to perfect health after a
disastrous event -- limited number of extra lives.
-Danger Sense - The ability to detect danger to ones self in the near
future and in close proximity.
-Musical Assistance - A latent ability in which music (limited to one
or two instruments) accompanies the dragon in every day life, as in a
soundtrack to a movie.
-Cheer - The ability to promote positive feelings in those nearby.
