I received a request for help with ISO 9001.2000 from Bassim Abdul Fattah in Saudia Arabia.   I am hoping that some ALMA member is familiar with the subject matter of the question and can provide an answer.   If you respond, please copy me (David Green, dwgreenchem@... ) on your response.  The text of the message (with minor English corrections) is given below:


We are Saudi Geological Survey Chemical Lab, want to get iso 9001:2000 for our lab.   Can you please help me.   How to start, writing Technical Chemical Lab analysis Quality procedures from A-Z, if there are special links on the internet please tell me.
