ERCO Worldwide's chemical manufacturing facility in Port Edwards Wisconsin manufactures anhydrous chlorine, 50% NaOH, 50% KOH and 36% HCl.  I am looking for a lab capable of performing QC analyses for these products using ASTM methods.  If interested, please contact me and I will provide details.
