It has always been my experience that in order for lab personnel to
conform to a particular method such as keeping their notebooks up to
date and organized training sessions with frequent follow up will help
them. Once clear expectations are set of what the notebook should
look like, with examples, then you have set the bar. Now you can let
them try and hold them accountable if performance is not met. With
frequent follow up eventually they will get it.
That's just a thought.
