Martin has been on a cruise and of course changed everything
in the package ;-)

In ernest. He has improved the handling of very shallow casts,
especially the depth recognition in that one.

Fixed is also that annoying problem (I can not even call it a bug)
with replace.m in read_sbe_cnv .

As usual please let me know when (not if ;-) )
you encounter any problems.
